• Sagamore Capital has the flexibility to invest in a broad range of industries. Our principals have particular expertise in the aerospace/defense, homeland security, industrial electronics, information services and selected business services markets. We have extensive experience with companies operating in complex and highly regulated environments.

Company Characteristics

• We target companies at inflection points in their development where our operational and financial capabilities and access to both managerial and capital resources can significantly accelerate growth and enhance future performance. We evaluate our investments opportunities along a number of factors including their market position, customer relationships, growth opportunities, technical capabilities, financial potential and cultural fit.

Company Fundamentals

• We generally seek to invest in middle market companies with revenues in excess of $50 million, at least $5 million of EBITDA and positive free cash flow.

Investment Size

• We look to invest $10 to $50 million in our transactions but have the flexibility and co-investment relationships to lead investments outside of this range. Our investments are primarily control positions although we will consider active minority positions in certain circumstances.
